The App stores user-entered shopping list data using Apple CloudKit in the user's private iCloud account. The developer has no access to this data.
Data is processed solely to provide storage and synchronization between user devices, including Apple Watch.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract).
Cloud services are provided by Apple Inc., USA. Data transfers may occur under GDPR-compliant safeguards.
No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking is used.
Users have rights under the GDPR including access, erasure, and portability. Since data is stored in iCloud, requests can be exercised via Apple.
